– Create curiosity
– Use authenticity, stimulate the sences with a post card
– Attract customers with a goodie bag to pick up in store & a contest with the card 

Reason Best Practice

– Although the card was not personalized, customers had the impression they were addressed personally.
– A simple and attractive example of a drive to store mechanism: with a gift to pick up in store.
– Not many activation methods were necessary: an inspiring post card & a surprise in store was enough to activate the inhabitants of Knokke.
